Our Purpose
We are passionate about your generation. We desire to be good role models, and teach the next generation of women to feel confident about who they are inside and out. It doesn’t matter how beautiful you are on the outside if you are unhappy with who you are on the inside. As hairstylists and makeup artists we are raising the bar for our industry. We strive to be at a higher standard. We have learned to accept who we are and what makes each of us uniquely beautiful and wish to share that with anyone and everyone we meet. We have a mandate to encourage other women to like who they are and feel beautiful…we are passionate about bringing out the beauty within.
Our staff
Our professional entourage of hairstylists and airbrush makeup artists come from all walks of life. We also have an extended staff of massage therapists, estheticians and manicurists available by appointment. Check out our spa section for spa parties and special events. Our staff is a collection of caring and talented individuals who together make an entourage of fun, energetic, ready to help stylists and makeup artists. Schools In!
Jan-Feb 08, We are opening up a Makeup School! For all of you who desire to be professional Makeup Artists, or for those of you who are already are in the field and would like more training! We offer small classes of no more than 12 students, and there is no need to bring a model to class everyday. Located in Orange County, and taught by working Makeup Artists. Day classes are 4-6 weeks long and evening classes are 4-8 weeks long. Here’s some of the “Perks” of being a “WoW Factor” Student:
! Build your portfolio. At the end of every class, we bring in professional photographers for a photo shoot to enhance your personal portfolio.
! We teach you to lead and follow. In this business you have to learn to be a good leader as well as a follower (as well as a mind-reader at times). So we will walk you through exercises to strengthen your skills to be a team player and/or a team leader.
! We offer job placement possibilities.
! From beginning to expertise classes. You need to know how to get started and once you’re started, you need to be able to hone your skills (and speed) so that when you get paid for a job, you are confident in your knowledge to handle most any situation. Therefore, we offer classes once you are working, to help you further study and develop particular makeup artist techniques and other professional skills/timing.

Set it up!
What's going on with The WoW Factor? ...Lots!
We are woking on the website (should be done by the 1st of Nov. ...let's hope!). We have 2 new permenant staff members! Jessica Prendiz and Jamie Vargas ...both activly splitting the duties of Regional Director! WOOHOO! We are doing lots of stuff behind the scenes to get things all set up so when the website gets done we will be ready to take off! We will begin gearing up for the 2007-2008 school year! We have some great necklaces and tshirts we are getting ready to be available! Log onto paypal and put in our company email (info@wowfactor4u.com) and put down $25 to get yourself a shirt! They're great! Once the site is done and we get ourselves out there to a few vendors we have got some great things in store! Gearing up for some beauty seminars/conferences and a company launch in 2008! Things are getting more and more exciting around here....stay tuned for more info on this new and upcoming company to hit your area!
